This is a fairly straightforward rewrite of the website we created about five years ago. The emphasis on the rewrite has been to simplify, and to improve mobile performance, which has included delivering the site as a single page mobile site, which has the advantage of a single load for the whole site. One of the matter we have been seeking to address is the amount of spam being collected by the mail form, whilst obviously wanting to retain all the good enquiries coming off the site.
The site addresses the basic questions that websites should address - Who, What, Where, When and Why. Rob Moffat Appliance repairs is a second generation family business, in the process of getting ready to be a third generation family business. They have survived on the basis of a good reputation on phone communications. The phone number is given prominence on the website, and on a smart phone, tapping to phone number will bring up the the dial from there option.
